Four men were arrested last week in connection with interfering with HGVs parked on Faraday Avenue, Coleshill.
On Thursday (30 September), officers identified a suspicious vehicle parked behind the HGVs and followed it when it made off.
They stopped the vehicle a short time later and detained three of the men. Another fled the vehicle and was arrested a short time later.
Officers seized a torch and blades.
When they went back to examine the HGVs they found the rear of one of them had been entered and boxes of goods cut open.
The four men, who are from West Yorkshire and aged 22, 23, 36 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of interfering with a motor vehicle. They have all been released under investigation.
