From next month, Warwickshire Police will be recruiting 40 officers through the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA).
Whether you are at the start of your career or looking for a change, PCDA is a great route into the Warwickshire force. It’s a 3-year programme offering the opportunity to train and serve in the community as a police constable, earn a good wage and study for a fully funded university degree.
Our Positive Action team are running on-line and face-to-face recruitment events in June and you are invited. Spaces are limited and so early booking is advised via the links below:
Face to face event at The Benn Hall, Newbold Road, Rugby:
Wednesday 9 June 2021 – 6-7pm or 7.30-8.30pm
Sergeant Kate Wallace from the Warwickshire Police Positive Action team, said “Anyone considering a policing career is welcome to join one of our events. These will cover the PCDA programme, eligibility requirements and the recruitment process, as well as the fantastic personal and professional development opportunities available as part of a long term policing career.
Officers will also be on hand to answer any questions and discuss their experiences in a role where two days are never the same.”
