Officers were called to Tachbrook Road, Leamington Spa at approximately 8.30pm on 8 May, following reports of a possible disturbance at two properties.
The report warranted an initial police response that included several police cars and a dog unit.
Upon their arrival a boy was stopped and searched at the scene. On account of evidence found, officers accessed two properties with support from a firearms unit, due to concerns for life.
Two large cannabis farms were found within the properties, containing 800 plants with an estimated street value of £500,000.
The plants were seized and destroyed, severely disrupting the supply of cannabis within Warwickshire.
