Two people were arrested on Tuesday (16 March) on suspicion of drugs supply offences.
Plain clothed officers witnessed a suspected drugs deal on Albert Street, Rugby at around 2.15pm. A 20-year-old man was arrested at the scene.
A vehicle was later stopped on the A45 near to Tollbar Island in connection with the incident. Cash was seized and a 20-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
Both have been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
