Officers discovered drugs at a house in Queen’s Road, Nuneaton after they arrested a man yesterday (Tuesday 20 June) morning.
Officers from Nuneaton Proactive CID searched a man and seized class B drugs after he was seen coming out of the property..
A search of the property led to suspected class A drugs being seized and another man being detained.
A 24-year-old man from Birmingham was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs and possession of class B drugs. He has been bailed until next month while enquiries continue.
A 35-year-old man from Nuneaton was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
Officers are continuing to search for a man who fled from the property and are appealing to the public for information to help locate him.
Anyone with information that could help police with their ongoing enquiries is asked to call 101 quoting incident 126 of 20 July 2021. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
