Officers from the vehicle crime team have charged three men after cutting equipment was seized from a car they stopped on the M1 in May.
Officers stopped the car at junction 16 in Northamptonshire after following it from the A45 near Dunchurch on 12 May.
Martin Maughan, 28, of Cromford Path, London, Dylan Maughan, 22, of Ruby Close, London and Joh Stephen Maughan, 25, of Cromford Path, London have all been charged with going equipped and will appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court on 30 July 2021.
