Investigating officers are continuing to appeal for witnesses and dashcam footage, following a fatal collision in Coleshill at the weekend.
A Land Rover Discovery was being driven along the southbound carriageway of the A446 Stonebridge Road around 12.10am on Saturday (11 December) when there was a collision with a pedestrian between the police station island and junction 4 of the M6.
The pedestrian - a man in his 40s - sustained serious injuries, and sadly later died in hospital on 15 December.
Enquiries are continuing and officers are re-appealing to anyone who was driving on the A446 around midnight, and who may have seen the male walking in the carriageway or who has dashcam footage of the collision to please come forward.
