Two males have been charged with drugs offences in Rugby.
Kevin Codner, aged 20 of Daisy Bank Road, Manchester, and a 16-year-old boy from Manchester who cannot be named for legal reasons, were both arrested at around 12pm yesterday (Thursday 22 October).
They were charged with possession with intent to supply heroin and crack cocaine. They were remanded in custody and will appear before Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 23 October).
The charge follows an incident on Bakehouse Lane, Rugby.
