Four men were arrested less than an hour after a motorbike was stolen in Stratford.
The Yamaha was taken from Bridgefoot Stratford at around 4pm yesterday (Tuesday 2 June).
The suspect vehicle was spotted as it left Stratford along the A3400 and through Henley-in-Arden towards Birmingham. Officers from Warwickshire Police’s Roads Policing Team and Vehicle Crime Team set off in pursuit.
During the pursuit, the stolen motorbike and other items were thrown at officers.
The vehicle was eventually brought to a halt by officers from West Midlands Police in Shirley, Birmingham and the four men were arrested.
A 17-year-old boy from Shirley, two 20-year-old men from Birmingham and a 22-year-old man from Shirley were arrested on suspicion of theft and remain in custody.
