Police in Nuneaton have launched an appeal following a burglary in the town.
At around 1.02pm yesterday (Tuesday 25 February) police responded to reports of the incident in The Spinney.
A man is reported to have forced entry to the property while the occupant – a man in his 70s – was there.
He stole a wallet containing cash before leaving in a white van.
Detective Constable Rachael Stain from Warwickshire Police Serious and Complex Crime Team said: “I would urge anyone who has information concerning this incident to contact police.
“We’re particularly keen to hear form anyone in the area around the Spinney that has CCTV or dash cam footage of the suspect or his vehicle.”
