A fail to stop incident in Rugby resulted in two men being arrested.
A BMW 3 series drove off from officers and was subsequently involved in a collision on Clifton Road in Rugby shortly before midday yesterday (Thursday).
No-one was injured but a number of individuals left the area. A quantity of drugs were found on the road and seized from the vehicle.
Shortly afterwards, officers arrested a 25-year-old man from Birmingham on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and a second 25-year-old man from Moseley on suspicion of driving dangerously, failing to stop and being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.
They have been bailed until the end of the month.
Enquiries are currently ongoing and anyone who was in the area at the time or witnessed the vehicle and the manner in which it was being driven is asked to come forward.
