Did you witness a non-stop collision in Rugby yesterday afternoon (Thursday)?
It happened on Kingsway between the Kingsway shops and The Griffin at around 3.25pm.
A man is understood to have been driving a car – thought to be blue or silver in colour – when it is was in collision with an 11-year-old boy.
The driver spoke to the boy at the scene but failed to stop and left the area.
The boy sustained minor facial injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
Enquiries are currently ongoing but officers are keen to identify the driver and would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident or who saw the vehicle and the manner in which it was being driven before the collision.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident 241 of 10 December.
