Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses or information following an assault in Atherstone in the early hours of this morning (Saturday 30 November).
At around 1am, an altercation took place in Bar 93 on Long Street.
A woman in her 40s sustained facial injuries, and a man in his 30s sustained serious facial injuries which required hospital treatment.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault. He is currently in police custody.
Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident. If anyone has any information, please call Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 20 of 30 November 2019.
