Police Warning After Medication Stolen From Vehicle In Rednal

Police are appealing for witnesses and warning the public after medication was stolen from a vehicle.

The incident happened between midnight and 8.45am this morning (Monday 23 March) on Rednal Hill Lane in Rednal, Birmingham.

A vehicle is believed to have been broken into and patches of Fentanyl and a bottle of Oramorph stolen from inside it.

Police warn that this medication could be dangerous if taken by someone it has not been prescribed for and they are urging anyone finding the medication to hand it in at the nearest police station.

Anyone believed to have taken the medication should seek immediate medical advice.

Police are also appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to contact them on 101, quoting incident 96S of Monday 23 March.
