Appeal For Witnesses After 14-Year-Old Boy Assaulted In Worcester

Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in Worcester.

The incident happened on Friday 20 February at around 5.30pm at the Crown Gate Bus Station on Friary Walk.

The victim, a 14-year-old boy, was walking with a friend towards the market area when he was approached by another young boy.

He pushed the victim up against the wall and punched him in the chest before demanding his scooter and iPod.

Another male broke up the altercation. The victim sustained a slight injury to his chest and his property was not stolen.

The offender is around 10-years-old, of a slightly large build, red haired, wearing a grey Adidas jacket, tracksuit bottoms and was carrying a bag.
