The Case Handling Unit Nuneaton covers the policing areas of North Warwickshire. The unit provides an evidence review and file build function for offences that are in the process of going to Court. It also offers support to police officers; Crown Prosecution Service (CPS); the courts; defence solicitors; probation; and other partner agencies.

The National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV) provides a free, fast emergency injunction service to survivors of domestic violence regardless of their financial circumstances, race, gender or sexual orientation. In most circumstances it allows anyone to apply for an injunction within 24 hours of first contact.
