Incidents of a public interest from the last week:-


  • *Suspicious Circumstances. Castle Road, Studley. Male seen to walk up private driveway. When challenged walked off, Caller concerned for the person and what their intentions were. Described as a white male, 70's, bald with hair at the sides, wearing a blue polo shirt and grey jogging bottoms. No offences disclosed at the time. 5.30pm Saturday 3rd August. 0315 03/08/2019

  • *Vehicle Crime. The Grove, Studley. Front and rear number plates stolen from car. Between 6pm and 8pm Friday 2nd August. 0459 02/08/2019

  • *Theft. Shop, Alcester Road, Studley. Theft of several items from shop by way of shoplifting. The male offender arrived in the area in a Black Renault Kangoo Van with a registration number ending in 'FXK'. 11.20am Thursday 1st August. 0134 01/08/2019

  • *Burglary Residential. Gunners Lane, Studley. House entered and car on drive entered. Several items stolen. Overnight 31st July & 1st August. 0045 01/08/2019

  • *Theft. Watts Road, Studley. Garage broken into a circular sander stolen. Occurred sometime in the two weeks before 31st July. 0412 31/07/2019

  • *Suspicious Circumstances. Spernal Lane, Studley - Great Alne. A white pick-up with two white men on board seen acting suspiciously in the area. The last three letters of the registration number was 'FAJ'. Full details passed to police. No offences disclosed at the time. 11.30am Wednesday 31st July. 0142 31/07/2019

  • *Burglary Residential. Birmingham Road, Studley. Three men have tried to force their way in to house but have been disturbed by the occupiers. They have then been chased down the road towards Aldi / Barley Mow where they have been lost. 2pm Tuesday 30th July. 0220 30/07/2019

  • *Anti-Social Behaviour. Pool Road, Studley. Near to the Leisure Centre. Group of 15 to 16 year olds being a nuisance to people in the area. 9.40pm Monday 29th July. 0442 29/07/2019

  • *Theft. Birmingham Road, Studley. Fuel stolen from lorry. Reported 29th July. 0123 29/07/2019


  • *Vehicle Crime. Sambourne. Front and rear number plates stolen from car. Between 1st & 3rd August. 0189 03/08/2019


  • *Theft. Preston Fields Lane, Preston Bagot. Garden shed broken into and a petrol strimmer stolen. Reported 31st July. 0136 31/07/2019


  • *Damage. High Street, Henley. Numerous plants pulled from containers and hanging baskets damaged. CCTV footage to be assessed regards the offender who is described as a male, mousey coloured hair in a crew cut, wearing a grey hoodie with words on and shorts. 5.30am Sunday 4th August. 0125 04/08/2019

  • *Burglary Residential. Station Road, Henley. Garden shed on allotment broken into and strimmer stolen. Reported 31st July. 0276 31/07/2019

  • *Burglary Business, High Street, Henley. Premises entered and items stolen including cash and alcohol. Reported Monday 29th July. 0166 29/07/2019


  • *Theft. Umberslade Road, Earlswood. Theft from shop by way of shoplifting. Offenders - 1st - white male, mid 30's, average height, slim build, clean shaven, wearing baseball cap and black hooded jacket. 2nd - White male, mid 30's, 5' 7", medium build, brown moustache and stubble wearing dark hoodie with hood up and white baseball cap. Several items stolen. 7.10pm Thursday 1st August. 0268 02/08/2019

  • *Anti-Social Behaviour. Earlswood Common. Fireworks being let off near to the Causeway. Ongoing problem in the area. 11.05pm 31/07/2019


  • *Burglary Residential. Penn Lane, Tanworth. Offender(s) have gained entry to house. Several items stolen including passports and a gold watch. Between 9am and 1pm. Tuesday 30th July. 0186 30/07/2019
