Five charged as part of investigation into drugs supply from Poland

Five men have been charged by officers investigating the supply of drugs from Poland into Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Peterborough.

This was part of a joint investigation between the West Midlands Regional Organised Crime Unit, Europol and Polish law enforcement officers.

Lukasz Strag, 39, of Maple Close, Leicester, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A and class B drugs.

Tomasz Kuflowski-Swistak, 42, of Apollo Avenue, Peterborough, was charged with conspiracy to supply class B drugs.

Michal Wawrzycki, 35, of Verney Drive, Stratford, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A and class B drugs.

Sebastian Zarnicki, 31, of Hamlet Way, Stratford, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

Oligert Kadriu, 35, of Brookfield Court, Stratford, was charged with conspiracy to supply class A and class B drugs.

The five appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court yesterday morning (Thursday 23rd May) and were bailed to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 20 June.
