Hello all.

This is our latest weekly report and prompt to see if you have any concerns, questions or suggestions for the Alcester Police North SNT. Thank you to those that have contacted the Team this week.

Incidents of a public interest from the last week:-

COUGHTON

  • *Vehicle Crime. Coughton Fields Lane, Coughton. Window of car smashed and the inside search with several items stolen including a mobile phone and some cash. At the time of the offence two people were seen near to the car. The first was described as a white female, aged 18 - 21 years with blond hair. The second person was a white male, 20, with long hair, facial hair, wearing a baseball cap. This woman and man possibly left the area towards Great Alne in a dark blue older car. 7am Wednesday 15th May. 0054 15/05/2019

STUDLEY

  • *Theft. Shop, Studley. Offender have stolen items by way of shoplifting. They have put the items into the boot of a Silver Hyundai parked nearby. They have been challenged by staff and the goods recovered from the car. Main offender described as a male, black curly hair, 5' 7", wearing a black jacket and khaki trousers. 1.40pm Saturday 18th May. 0213 18/05/2019

  • *Suspicious Circumstances. Saxon Close, Studley. Occupants of vehicle (possibly a Peugeot 307) seen to shine torch onto car parked on drive. Caller concerned that they were up to no good. 12.52am Tuesday 14th May. 0209 17/05/2019

  • *Stop and Search. Pool Road, Studley. Vehicle stopped by police patrol and a Drug search carried out. A small amount of Cannabis was recovered and seized. Further enquiries ongoing. 2.40pm Sunday 12th May. 0220 12/05/2019

WOOTTON WAWEN

  • *Vehicle damage. Car Park, Stratford Road, Wootton Wawen. Deep scratch caused in bonnet of vehicle. Another vehicle in the car park was also damaged. Between 6.30pm and 9pm Friday 10th May. 0202 13/05/2019

HENLEY

  • *Burglary Residential. Cherry Orchard, Henley. Secure garden shed broken into and an electric saw stolen. Other sheds in the area may have also been broken into but have yet to be reported. It appears that the offender(s) would have accessed the garden from the fields at the rear. Overnight 15th & 16th May. 0136 16/05/2019

ULLENHALL

  • *Vehicle Crime. Henley Road, Ullenhall. Secure works van broken into and various tools stolen. Between 1pm and 6pm Saturday 11TH May. 0196 13/05/2019

YARNINGALE COMMON

  • *Burglary Residential. Ossetts Hole Lane, Yarningale Common. Secure garage broken into and several items stolen including a Mountfield Lawnmower, 2 rattan chairs and a table. Between 5pm and 6pm Tuesday 14th May. 0390 14/05/2019

TANWORTH

  • *Burglary Business. Farm, Tanworth. John Deer Gator quad bike stolen. Between 8.30pm 14th & 1am 15th May. 0115 15/05/2019
