Witness Appeal Following Robbery In Camp Hill, Nuneaton

Police are appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Nuneaton.

The incident happened on Friday 30th January 2015 at approximately 4:20pm outside the Co-op on Cedar Road in Camp Hill, Nuneaton.

A 13 year-old boy had been on his way home when he was approached by another youth outside the Co-Op. The assailant has demanded in a threatening manner that the victim hand over his black Samsung Galaxy Ace phone, of which he has done. The suspect has then run away up the Cedar Road.

The offender was described as a white male, aged approximately 15 years, with short dark brown hair and was wearing a blue Nike jumper, black Adidas outer jacket, dark grey puma jogging bottoms and black Adidas trainers with white stripes down the sides and white detailing on the back.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area and seen the incident. Anyone who has information on the incident are encouraged to call Warwickshire police on 101 quoting incident 269 of Friday 31st January.
