Photos released in hunt for stolen jewellery

Police are appealing for help to trace jewellery stolen during an aggravated burglary at a house in Bermuda Village, Nuneaton.

The burglary happened at around 12.05am on Monday 1 April. Two male offenders forced entry to the house and attacked the occupant with a blade before stealing jewellery and a mobile phone.

Officers have released photos a distinctive ring and bracelet stolen in the hope that the public can help locate it and provide vital clues to help identify the offenders.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries to his back, chest and leg. He has since been released from hospital.

Anyone who spots the jewellery or knows of its whereabouts, or has any other information that could help police with their enquiries should call 101 quoting incident 1 of 1 April 2019. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
