Three arrested in connection with robbery - Nuneaton

Three people have been arrested following a robbery at a Subway on Queens Road, Nuneaton yesterday afternoon (Thursday 7 March).

At around 3.45pm, a man pushed a member of staff and leaned over a till to remove a quantity of cash. It's reported he was carrying a bladed object.

Two girls then assaulted a man in the premises, and all three caused damage to a door before leaving the area.

There were no reported injuries.

A 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl, both from Nuneaton, were arrested shortly afterwards on suspicion of robbery. They are both currently in police custody.

A 19-year-old man from Nuneaton was arrested earlier today on suspicion of robbery. He is currently in police custody.
