Appeal for witnesses following M6 incident

Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses or information following a 'road rage' incident on the M6 last week.

At around 2.30pm on Friday (1 February), a vehicle stopped in the middle lane between junctions 3 and 4.

The driver exited the vehicle and approached a car behind it, before attempting to assault the driver.

It's reported he damaged the car before getting back into his vehicle and driving off. He then braked again, causing vehicles behind him to stop.

He then drove off. There were no reported injuries.

Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have dashcam footage. If you have any information, please call Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 217 of 1 February 2019.
