Incidents of note from the last week:-

ALCESTER

  • *Damage. Ten Acres, Alcester. Object thrown at first floor window causing it to crack. Reported daytime Friday 30th November. 0165 30/11/2018

  • *Suspicious Circumstances. Winchcombe Road, Alcester. Resident has received a call from a woman saying that they had been the victim of a fraud. The resident was then passed to a man who purported to be a police officer. He asked for certain information such as if the resident had a computer or mobile phone. The resident answered some of the questions but then the call was terminated. 09.59am Friday 30th November. 0158 30/11/2018

  • *Burglary Business. Restaurant, Moorfields Road, Alcester. Offender(s) have smashed a window at the front of the premises to gain entry. Till area searched and money stolen. Overnight 29th & 30th November. 0085 30/11/2018

  • *Burglary Business. Kinwarton Farm Road, Alcester. Offender(s) have forced open a door to the premises to gain entry. Building searched but nothing confirmed stolen at time of report. Overnight 29th & 30th November. 0084 30/11/2018

  • *Burglary Business. Tything Road East, Alcester. Cash stolen. Overnight 29th & 30th November. 0074 30/11/2018

  • *Burglary Residential. Smiths Way, Alcester. Offender(s) have forced a rear door to gain entry to house. The house has been searched and items stolen including Collectors Coins and a digital camera. Between 7.30pm 28th & 6pm 29th November. 0391 29/11/2018

  • *Theft from Shop, Alcester. Various items of Make Up stolen by way of shoplifting. Offender described as a white female, late 30's, slim build, brown curly hair in a bun, wearing a striped scarf, blue parka, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers. 3.55pm Thursday 29th November. 0286 29/11/2018

  • *Theft from Shop, Alcester. Various items stolen by way of shoplifting. Description of the offender and the vehicle used passed to police. Offender traced and the issue resolved. The Bill was paid and the person banned from the shop. 12.40am Sunday 25th November. 0182 25/11/2018

KINGS COUGHTON

  • *Vehicle Crime - Theft from. Pub car park, Kings Coughton. Secure works VW Transporter van broken into and various Dwalt tools stolen. Offender(s) have cut a hole in the side door to gain access. Overnight 27th & 28th November. 0256 30/11/2018

BIDFORD

  • *Theft from Shop, Bidford. Several can of Carling Lager stolen by way of shoplifting. Offender described as a white female. 8.05pm Tuesday 27th November. 0381 27/11/2018

  • *Burglary. Queen Elizabeth Way, Bidford. Offender(s) have used a cutter of some sort to cut a hole in the actual glass of a double glazed window in order to access the inside handle. Once inside they have stolen items including a microwave oven, double oven and extractor fan. Overnight 25th & 26th November. 0085 26/11/2018

WILMCOTE

  • *Burglary Residential. Aston Hill, Wilmcote. House broken into by door lock being snapped. Untidy search of premises made. Cash and car keys stolen. Found and reported at 9pm Friday 30th November. 0443 30/11/2018

BARTON

  • *Burglary Residential. Welford Road, Barton. House entered and car keys stolen. Subsequently an Audi car was also stolen from the premises. Between 28th & 29th November. 0186 29/11/2018

WELFORD

  • *Vehicle Crime - Theft from. Pub car park, Binton Road, Welford. Secure works Ford Ranger broken into and items stolen including boots and clothes. Between 8.40pm and 9pm Thursday 29th November. 0423 29/11/2018

STRATFORD BORDERS

  • *Vehicle Crime - Interference. Car park, Alcester Road, Stratford. Hole cut in the side door to Renault Kango works van. Van empty so nothing stolen. Between 11.30am and 10pm Tuesday 27th November. 0423 27/11/2018

  • *Damage. Rockbourne Close, Stratford. Outer pane of double glazed window smashed. 8.10pm Tuesday 27th November. 0383 27/11/2018

     

The Team welcomes PCSO 6030 Finley Moore - Fin recently joined Warwickshire Police, having previously worked within the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer for 6 years. He is looking forward to both his role as a PCSO with the SNT based at Alcester , and especially the interaction with members of the community helping to ensure a safer neighbourhood. He has future aspirations of becoming a Regular Police Officer.
