Witnesses to fatal Stoneleigh Road collision urged by police to come forward

Police are urging witnesses to a fatal Stoneleigh Road collision to come forward after a 21-year-old man lost his life. They are particularly keen to speak to anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident or the moments leading up to the collision.

The man died after the motorbike he was on collided with a Jaguar between the A46 and the Birmingham Road, near Stoneleigh, at around 1.30pm today (Tuesday 23 October).

A 17-year-old boy who was also on the motorbike has been taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The cause of the collision is being investigated by police.

Anyone with information that could help police with their investigation should call 101 quoting incident 213 of 23 October 2018.
