Man accused of using stolen bank card

Officers investigating a burglary at a house in Silken Court, Nuneaton, on 10 July have charged a man after a bank card reported to have been stolen during the incident was allegedly used four times at shops in the local area.

Sam Proctor, 20, of Gilfil Road, Nuneaton, was charged with four counts of fraud by false representation and one count of receiving stolen goods.

Proctor was arrested on 12 July at his home. He is due to appear at Warwickshire Magistrates Court today (Friday 13 July).
