Three Nuneaton men charged with violent disorder

Officers investigating an incident in which a Nuneaton man died have charged three men from Nuneaton with violent disorder.

Bradd Darby, 30, from Nuneaton, died from a stab wound following the incident on the corner of Barpool Road and Vernons Lane on 20 February 2018.

James Lewis Norton, 29, from Nuneaton, was previously charged with his murder.

Glen Darby, 52, of Bradestone Road, Dale Barnwell, 30, of Attleborough Road, and Sam Stretton, 24, of Aberdeen Road, all appeared at Warwick Magistrates Court on Wednesday (2 May) where they pleaded not guilty to violent disorder.

Norton, Darby, Barnwell, and Stretton will all appear at Warwick Crown Court on 11 May 2018.
