CCTV Footage - We are aware that there has been an increase in the installations of private CCTV systems on our area and we thank those that have provided footage and stills of suspicious vehicles and persons near to their properties. If you are considering fitting a system or already have one, we recommend that you visit the following government website for advice and legal responsibilities.

Thefts from gardens - We have had a number of thefts this week in the Alcester and Studley areas where the offenders have used open fields to access private gardens in order to steal from sheds. In some cases the offenders have cut their way through fences or have removed fence panels to gain entry. If you have a garden that backs onto open fields and can be accessed by people on foot please check your boundary and outside security. Heavy duty Padlocks, shed alarms and movement activated lights are all good deterrents.
