Police appeal after car key burglary near Morton Bagot

Police are appealing for help in tracing suspects after a car key burglary near Morton Bagot.

Three cars were stolen when a house was targeted at around 5.20pm yesterday (Tuesday 6 March).

Burglars broke into the house and stole a number of items including the keys to three cars before driving them away.

One of the cars was recovered nearby in Studley.

The other two were recovered in Coventry following a police pursuit.

Detective Sergeant Alan Edwards said: "We're seeking the public's help to identify the people responsible for stealing these cars. Anyone with information is urged to contact us."

Anyone with information about the identity of those involved should contact Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident 287 of 6 March 2018. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org
