Did you witness collision between pedestrian and car in Ansley?

Officers from Warwickshire Police are appealing for witnesses to a collision between a car and a girl on Birmingham Road, Ansley on Friday (2 February).

The incident happened around 4.50pm and involved a red Vauxhall Corsa and resulted in a temporary closure of the road while police and ambulance services attended the scene.

A young girl was taken to Birmingham Children's Hospital by land ambulance where she remains in a serious but stable condition.

Police are appealing for any witnesses that may have been passing with dash camera footage or may have seen the collision to contact them on 101, quoting incident 325 of 2 February.
