Registered Firearms Dealers Application Forms

For the Grant/Renewal/Variation of a Firearms Certificate please read the important guidance below and download the relevant application form. Once completed please post the application to: 

'Firearms Licensing Unit, Malvern Police Station, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 2TE'.

Renewals:

Certificate holders are responsible for their own renewals and must allow adequate time. The current high level of demand is making it difficult to provide a timescale, although we are working hard to get back to the point where we can give you a realistic expectation. In the meantime our advice is to get your renewal application in as early as possible, to give us the best chance of returning your renewed certificate before the existing one expires.

You will receive notification that your certificate is about the expire, however the Firearms Licensing Unit will no longer send renewal application forms with the letter. Forms can be downloaded using the link on this page or are available from a number of police stations.

Additional Place of Business:

This form is to be completed when notifying a new place of business (such as an additional business premise or the attendance at a game fair or show etc) to the Chief officer of Police in whose area the new place of business will be.
