Robbery at Bulkington home

Police are appealing for information following the robbery of a woman at her home address on Amberley Avenue, Bulkington.

The incident occurred at 3.30pm on Friday 15 December. The woman answered her front door to two men, who she allowed into her house. They then pushed her to the floor, demanded money from her, and searched her house for cash.

The two men drove away from the property in a red hatchback car, heading towards Rugby Road. They are described as being white and having Irish accents.

Detective Constable Jamie Russell of Warwickshire Police said: "These two men targeted a vulnerable person alone in her own home. The woman suffered some minor injuries from being pushed, and is very upset by the incident.

"If you know anything at all about this incident or saw something suspicious around the time it happened - maybe two men in a red car loitering in the area or driving away quickly - please get in touch to help our investigation."
