Another arrest after boy assaulted in Nuneaton

Officers investigating an assault on a 13-year-old Nuneaton boy have made another arrest.

The incident occurred in George Eliot Memorial Park, Raveloe Drive, Nuneaton at 7.19pm on Thursday (3 August).

Following the incident the boy was taken to hospital with serious facial injuries. A phone, watch, wallet and book were all stolen from the boy during the incident.

A 13-year-old boy from Nuneaton was arrested earlier today (Wednesday 9 August) on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and theft.

Two 13-year-old boys from Nuneaton previously arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm and theft and a 14-year-old boy from Nuneaton previously arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm have all been released under investigation.
