Team Priorities

The top issues agreed at the Community Forum held on Thursday 7th March 2019 were:

  1. School Parking Patrols- To continue high visibility patrols of all local schools in the area both in the mornings as well as the evenings and deal with a variety of motoring offences, including seatbelts, mobile phones, speeding and inappropriately parked vehicles.

  2. Anti- social behaviour Patrols Heathcote Estate- Carry out patrols of the Heathcote estate, engaging with local business and members of the public. Also dealing with people for who are acting in an anti-social manner and causing harassment, alarm or distress to local residents

  3. Park and Open Space Patrols- Conduct high-visibility patrols in the parks and open spaces around Warwick including; St Nicholas Park, Myton Fields, Woodloes Parks and the Race Course. Looking at those people acting in an anti-social manner as this increases over the summer months. Also dealing with "Cruisers" and those hanging out in vehicles and causing harassment, alarm or distress to local residents or other road users in the area.

  4. Town centre Patrols- Conduct high-visibility foot and/or cycle patrols in Warwick town centre to prevent and deal with incidents of anti-social behaviour and theft. Engage with local businesses and members of the public providing reassurance and crime prevention advice.
