Direct Entry - Inspector

You've led in a team. Now lead in policing.

The complex, ever-changing nature of modern crime presents our policing leaders with incredible challenges. Now, more than ever, we need talented individuals to lead from the front - people who have experience in making difficult decisions and managing competing demands. With this, you'll work alongside our partners, delivering effective and accountable policing that positively impacts our communities.

The Direct Entry Programme from the College of Policing offers people with middle and senior management experience to join the police at Inspector or Superintendent level. These programmes don't require any previous policing experience, but there are some other essential skills that you'll need to have.

Warwickshire Police is accepting applications at Inspector level, so if you are working at middle-management level you should consider the fast paced, primarily operational, 18 month Inspector programme

Applications open on 7 January 2019 and close on 18 February 2019. The 2019 application window is rapidly approaching and we want you to be as prepared as possible. Register your interest now for the 2019 Direct Entry Programme.
