Community forums

Community forums are regular meetings organised by the Warwickshire County Council Localities and Partnerships Team.

Community forums meetings are your chance to raise issues affecting your local area.

Community forums are open public meetings, held up to four times per year at various locations within your local area on week day evenings and give you the chance to discuss what is important to you in your community. The meetings can be attended by Safer Neighbourhood Teams, members of the public, local agencies such as youth services, district councils, parish councils and other local voluntary and statutory bodies.

The meetings give members of the public the chance to raise issues for the authorities to tackle and the Safer Neighbourhood Teams will take away up to three locally-identified issues to tackle in the coming months. Actions and results are reported through the teams priorities section as well as at future meetings where new priorities are then set.

In recognition of the fact some members of the community cannot attend these meetings, there is an opportunity for the community to raise local issues via other methods, such as online voting of the teams priorities, face to face surveys, street meetings, and web chats. The dates and times of these events will be publicised on the Warwickshire Safer Neighbourhood Team's pages. To find your local Safer Neighbourhood Team and vote on their local priorities, enter your postcode below.
