FIREARMS LICENSING FORMS

The following forms are the official forms for applying for firearm or shotgun licences, for references and to notify the police of the transfer of firearms. In order to use these forms they need to be printed, completed and sent back to:

Firearms Grant, Renewal and Variation Application

Note: All three firearms certificate forms need to be downloaded and completed for each grant and renewal, to facilitate the effective processing of each firearms application.

Note: Renewal forms for existing Certificate holders will be sent out 8 weeks before the Certificate expires.
