The following are recent real life Court results for criminal damage:-
A 17 year old boy from Nuneaton received an Action Plan Order for damage to value of £250. The Order stated that he must:-
A 17 year old boy from Nuneaton received a Community Punishment and Rehabilitation Order for 12 months. Under the supervision of his YOT Worker he should:
(b) To participate in accordance with the instructions given by your responsible officer in such activities for no more than sixty days in aggregate
(c) While participating to complete with instructions given by or under authority of the person in charge of those activities.
Community Punishment for 40 hours. Imposed as an alternative to a custodial sentence.
A 15 year old boy from Rugby was remanded in custody for damage to the value of £50.
A 13 year old Rugby boy received a Referral Order for 4 months referring the offender to the Youth Offender Panel established by YOT for damage to the value of £140.
A 16 year old Nuneaton boy received an Action Plan Order and a £50 fine of £5 a week to be paid by the offender for damage of unknown value.
A 16 year old Nuneaton boy received an Action Plan Order for damage to the value of £370.
