The new police base would be built on the site of the existing training school which, together with other old buildings, will be demolished. The development will be on land adjacent to the present mansion house, which was extended in the 1960s, and will offer a modern working environment for police officers and support staff across a range of departments.
Plans have been drawn up by architects Boughton and Butler and will be presented at two consultation events at the end of April.
The first will take place at Leek Wootton Village Hall on Wednesday April 26 between 7.30pm and 9.30pm, and the second the following day (April 27) at Warwick Library, in Barrack Street, from 11am until 5pm.
Warwickshire Police, architects and surveyors will be represented at the events where members of the public will be able to see the plans, ask questions and put forward their views for the consultation process.

At the end of the consultation period the planning application will be submitted to Warwick District Council for approval with a view to development of the new base within five years.
The project is part of Warwickshire Police's commitment to its staff and the community it serves ensuring a force which is fit for purpose and well equipped for the demands of the 21st century.
Simon Pamely, Warwickshire Police's Director of Finance, said: "The new facilities will significantly improve accommodation from which we can provide modern policing services to the people living, working and travelling in Warwickshire.
"The design proposals will provide the specialist working environments required to continue to improve policing, particularly in such areas as murder investigation, firearms training and scientific support.
"Irrespective of the implication of police reform this location is of significant strategic importance in supporting policing and providing facilities for the future and continue the significant local policing emphasis."
John Rennie, speaking on behalf of Warwickshire Police Authority, said: "We are really excited at the prospect of providing our force with a base which really fits the purpose of modern policing, the demands and techniques of which are always developing."
