The Victim & Witness Information Partnership (VIP) is a ground-breaking support service for victims and witnesses throughout Warwickshire.

Based in Leamington Spa the initiative brings together professionals from a variety of criminal justice organisations to deliver a premium service to victims and witnesses from all communities.

Some of the support services offered by VIP include:

• Notification as soon as someone is charged with an offence.
• An agreement with you regarding the level of support and information you need - the VIP service is tailored to each individual.
• Full explanation and guidance about each stage of the justice process.
• Arrangement of visits to the courtroom before a trial takes place.
• A dedicated member of staff to provide guidance and support on anti-social behaviour issues.
• Specialist attention for sensitive cases.

The VIP service is completely free of charge and you can drop in to the offices in Bedford Street without an appointment between 8am and 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am and 1pm Saturday.
