How Can I?

HAVING YOUR SAY

Warwickshire Police actively seeks feedback from the community about the service that we provide. The surveys that we send out help us to measure our performance against the Quality of Service targets that we set each year. These surveys also provide vital information about how we can improve the service that we offer. We will be conducting surveys from this website in the near future.

The surveys that we circulate are:

 999 Calls
1600 surveys sent out each year, split into two groups of 800 surveys each six months. These surveys are sent to a random sample of the people who have used the 999 system.
Non 999 Calls
1600 surveys sent out each year, split into two groups of 800 surveys each six months. These surveys are sent to a random sample of the people who have contacted the police using the non-emergency numbers.
Perception of Police Patrol
1304 surveys sent out each year to random members of the public across the county.
Road Traffic Collisions
Surveys sent to approximately 50% of the people who have been involved in road traffic collisions resulting in slight injury or damage only.
Vehicle Crime
2500 surveys sent out each year to people who have been victims of vehicle crime, the surveys are split into two groups of 1250 each six months
Assault, Domestic Burglary and Commercial Burglary
Surveys sent to as many victims of assault, domestic burglary and commercial burglary as possible, with the exception of sexual assaults and domestic violence.
