Richard Elkin was appointed to the position of Director of Resources on the 1st May 2009, having previously worked in the role on a temporary capacity since November 2008.
In the role of Director of Resources he leads on matters related to resource functions (Contracts and Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Finance, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Information Management and Technology, Insurance, Learning and Development, Property, Risk and Transport).
