Keith Bristow was appointed Chief Constable of Warwickshire Police in 2006. He is Head of the Association of Chief Police Officer's (ACPO) Crime Business Area. He is also the ACPO lead on the Government’s Tackling Knives and Serious Youth Violence Programme and is the chair of the G8 Law Enforcement Group.
Andy Parker was appointed Deputy Chief Constable of Warwickshire Police on 16 July 2007 having performed the temporary role for the previous twelve months.
He has responsibility for the following areas:
Lewis Benjamin was appointed Assistant Chief Constable to Warwickshire Police on 7 August 2006.
He is the Force lead for Local Policing and Judicial Services and is also the Force lead on Diversity and Safer Neighbourhoods.
Bill Holland was appointed Assistant Chief Constable to Warwickshire Police on 31st July 2006.
As Director of Protective Services he leads on all specialist crime areas of work such as major investigations and child protection, criminal intelligence, firearms and road policing. He is the National ACPO lead for Gypsies and Travellers.
Richard Elkin was appointed to the position of Director of Resources on the 1st May 2009, having previously worked in the role on a temporary capacity since November 2008.
In the role of Director of Resources he leads on matters related to resource functions (Contracts and Purchasing, Corporate Communications, Finance, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Information Management and Technology, Insurance, Learning and Development, Property, Risk and Transport).
Chief Superintendent Neil Brunton is Deputy Director of Local Policing and has operational responsibility for the five Districts and Boroughs within the County. He also has responsibility for Community Protection, Judicial services and the Force Communications Centre.
Chief Superintendent Steve Burrows is Deputy Director of Protective Services.
Chief Superintendent Richard Sear joined Warwickshire Police in 1980 and is currently Deputy Director, Performance and Standards.
Paul Mason-Brown was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of Resources in a temporary capacity in December 2008. He is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of services and facilities that enable the protection of communities from harm. This means ensuring that those policing services that the public directly experience, are properly resourced in order to protect them.
Functions within his responsibility include Corporate Communications, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Learning & Development, Property Services, and Transport Services.
