This Prospectus identifies ways in which we can all access learning. It is not a list of courses to build a wish list from, but organisational opportunities to develop the right people in the skills needed by the force. It should be used as a prompt for individuals and managers to consider how performance gaps can be resolved, and as a basis for consultation with the Learning & Development Department team, who will identify the best option for providing the development needed.
