To enable personnel to be proficient in receiving, making and managing telephone calls using Symposium/Powerphone telephony system

Objectives
By the end of the session the student will be able to:

  • Be able to operate Powerphone and the Nortel 1150e IP phone competently
  • Understand levels of fallback
  • Have re-affirmed awareness of NCHS skills
