Aim
To Provide you with the Necessary Skills required to access and use STORM at Call-handler level, to retrieve and input information and create incidents

Objectives
By the end of the session the student will be able to:

  • Log onto STORM.
  • Explain the different areas that make up the STORM system
  • Execute searches using various search techniques
  • Retrieve Incident information
  • Update Incidents via the Call Card and send and receive messages.
  • Create Incidents
  • Transfer Incidents
  • Use the mapping system to locate Incidents, resources and addresses
  • Send text messages via the Airwave System
