Aim
To provide staff with the skills to effectively tutor, mentor and assess in the workplace.

Objectives
By the end of the course the students will be able to.

• Understand and deal with problematic attitudes and behaviour within the learning environment

• Understand the underlying principles of assessment. Develop approaches to collecting and managing data
