Aim
To provide investigators with the necessary skills to apply a Restorative Justice Approach to appropriate volume crime offenders.

Objectives
By the end of the course the students will be able to.

• Identify factors that would be appropriate to enable a Restorative Disposal
• Identify the advantages of a Restorative Disposal in protecting Warwickshire Communities from harm
• Explain to a victim the Restorative Disposal approach to volume crime resolution.
• Prepare a C1 (c) YRD /ARD Amendment Crime Report.
• Show how decisions to apply a Restorative Disposal Approach will be recorded
• Recognise the role of supervisors in the Restorative Disposal Approach.
