• Once you have expressed an interest you may be sent a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) which is an assessment of whether a potential supplier can fulfil the contract requirements. This document needs to be completed in full and returned by a date specified.
• Potential bidders are assessed amongst other things upon their financial standing and ability to provide the required service
• Those suppliers assessed as being able to fulfil contract requirements will be invited to tender
• Unsuccessful suppliers are not prevented from being considered for future awards
