All grant monies will be banked within six months of the date of issue of the cheque, or by the end of the current financial year, which is 31 March.
No changes to the initiative will be made without the agreement of the trustees.
You will submit a progress report within twelve months of the receipt of the grant, or on completion of the initiative, if earlier.
An accurate record of spending of the grant will be submitted with the progress report.
Any part of the grant which is not required for the purposes specified in the application will be returned to the trustees.
The trustees may visit the initiative during the term of the grant.
